The SilverCNC 96mm square single station pneumatic "zero point" baseplate provides a flexible and affordable foundation for modular mill workholding. Quickly change between self-centering vises, pallets, and custom fixtures while using affordable pull studs to create unique setups. Its pneumatic design makes automation integration straightforward.

The baseplate remains clamped through spring force when no air is applied—air is only required to release the vises. Three air inlets provide:

• Simultaneous vise release at both stations
• Chip-clearing air blast
• Supplemental pneumatic clamping pressure in addition to spring force

• Two-position manual air valve with 1. Supply pass-through to pressurize vise and 2. Supply shutoff + vise air release with built in muffler
• Four mounting-hole covers in blue
